People ask me how to start manifesting like it’s a new skill they need to pick up. Here’s what nobody tells you: you never stopped.

Doesn’t matter if you’ve never heard the word or you’ve got a shelf full of books. You’ve been running the machine your whole life. Just not for you.

Your parents got the kid they wanted. Your boss got the worker. Your ex got the version of you that fit them. You’ve been manifesting other people’s dreams with the exact same power you think you don’t have.

How manifesting actually works

Everything out there, the bank account, the apartment, the relationship, isn’t where your life gets decided. It’s where it gets delivered. It’s a printout.

The order gets placed somewhere else, inside you, in the part of your mind that runs everything without asking permission. That’s your subconscious. And it doesn’t print what you want. It prints what you assume is true about yourself deep down, whether you picked that assumption or not.

Why vision boards feel backwards

A vision board is a picture you stare at, hoping the assumption underneath shifts. Sometimes it does. But you’re placing a new order before you’ve even read the one that’s already running. And the one already running usually isn’t yours. It’s your dad’s, a teacher’s, some ex who told you you’d never amount to anything.

Manifestation for beginners: step one

Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been at this for years, it’s the same first step.

Tonight, write one honest sentence each about what’s actually there right now:

• Money
• Relationships
• Health

Then ask one question about each: whose order is this?

That’s how you start. Not by learning to manifest. By finally aiming it at yourself.
